POND SAFETY
Some children have been seen swimming in one of the CL Ponds. Not a good idea, why? One, present covenants do not permit it and two, it is a debris and runoff silt pond during construction. More than likely very unsanitary! We have also had sightings of an Alligator Snapping Turtle in that pond. It was about 5-6 feet long and weighing 80-100 pounds. And you were wondering where all the baby ducks disappear to.

Neighborhood attention is called to Parking on the Street
Each year at our Home Owners Association meeting neighbors request restraint from parking in the street. It is not only a potential emergency vehicle delay, hides children from sight while they are playing, increases the chance of property damage, it is also a violation of our HOA By-Laws, and finally, just not being a good neighbor.
All Homeowners (and their Renters) are reminded about Protective Covenants Article 7.4 Vehicles; Parking ..."No on-street parking, other than in connection with special events as approved by the Board of Directors, shall be permitted within the Community". Your cooperation is appreciated.
