The HOA remains in the control of the Developer. They have continued to make this development a credit to the community and a good investment for homeowners. The HOA is operated by the home owners association company, Sentry Management. Residential input is voiced and acted on by an Advisory Committee appointed by the Declarant from among a small group of interested and active residents within the subdivision. At the point the developer turns the HOA over to the residents, elections will be held, and the committee disbanded. According to our ByLaws this is suppose to to occur, around June 2016, but will be affected by how the new Declarant puts them into play: see Exhibit C, Article 3, para 3.2. .
