Fastest Growing Adult Sport In America
As of Oct. 15, 2015 we have Pickleball on courts 5 & 6. It is played on the Tennis Court but in a much smaller area, requires less movement, and the equipment is less expensive. Loved by the young at heart as well as youth and wheelchair participants.

Some details of the Sport:
First time players describe it as a combination of badmitton & ping-pong.
The ball is similar to a Whiffle Ball (doesn't go too far).
Played with an underhand serve.
Paddle about twice the size of a ping-pong paddle.
Can be played in singles or doubles.
Point gained when other side fails to return the ball.
The net is usually 34" as opposed to Tennis 36" at center.
Paddles run from $12.50 (Wood, but they are heavier) to $43.00 (Light Composite).
Outdoor Balls 4 Pack for $10.00.
