Q: What is the development growth in the subdivision?
A: This neighborhood has sustained growth since it's inception in 2006. We have passed the halfway point of the development with 528 homes sold as of Nov. 2015, including 79 Townhomes. The developer sold 3-4 homes per month even during the recession and are now (2015-2016) selling up to 10 per month.
