State HOA Law
The following is a collection of Georgia Law concerning HOA's: Single Family Homes, Condos, and Declarant's (Developer). It is not all inclusive and may not include amendments, but it is an attempt to inform Homeowners. We were Incorporated under Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code O.C.G.A. 14-3-101, which is for HOA's, and different than Georgia Property Owners Association Act O.C.G.A. 44-3-220, which is for POA's The difference between the two is not understood as of this writing.
