HOA Sentry Management Rulings
Mar 21, 2016 Recreational Vehicle Parking Restrictions
Email received on this date stated "...they are allowed to be there 24 hours." meaning 24 hours consecutively when not parked in your garage. In other words, parking in your driveway in excess of the 24hr time limit or parking in the street for any period, is a violation of the Covenants Article 7 paragraph 7.4 Vehicles; Parking.

July 1, 2015 Fireworks In Centennial Lakes
The new State law has a more lenient approach to the use and sale of "Consumer Fireworks" but it also has specific restrictions on times of the day they can be used. A reading by our Management Company, Sentry Mgmt. on August 4, 2015 indicates we are not to use fireworks within Centennial Lakes on our Private Property due to safety liability issues. More information may be found in the news article and Law below.

August 3, 2015 Use of Fireworks due to new State Law effective July 1, 2015.
The following is the answer provided by Sentry regarding the question: Are our rules & regulations in compliance with the new state law?
"...the rule allowing folks to buy the fireworks doesn't mean that the homeowner is allowed to use them on their private property. ...the declaration is specific the declaration rules that they are not allowed to utilize them on their private property."
Commentary: This ruling is confusing since nothing in our rules & regulations is "specific" regarding Fireworks that I can find. Only the Covenants 7.6 Nuisance comes close, with concerns about noise etc.. I asked for additional clarification from Sentry and received the following on Aug. 4, 2015.
"...we are not allowed to use fireworks on private property due to liability in the association. If a lit rocket falls on someone else’s roof (the same in dry pinestraw) and it causes a fire who will be liable??? That is the reasoning…"

April 30, 2015 How many Pool guests are permitted?
Response from Sentry Mgmt. on where is it stated in our rules & regulations that the pool guest number is 5.
"This would not be under the declaration or bylaws these are rules that are usually set either by the Board/Declarant. It is relatively common to have (5) guests."
